Gary Datta began his career as a chemical engineer, where precision, analysis, and systems thinking shaped his professional mindset. After earning his master’s degree from NJIT, he worked for nearly a decade in manufacturing, earning recognition for innovative contributions and securing a U.S. patent. But numbers and systems were only part of the story. Drawn to the strategic dimension of finance, Gary deepened his business education through MBA studies at Rutgers University. In the mid-1990s, he launched his own business, learning firsthand the realities of entrepreneurship—cash flow management, risk assessment, and long-term planning. This experience eventually led him into wealth management, where he discovered his true calling: guiding individuals and families toward financial clarity and confidence. After building experience at respected institutions including Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, and Wells Fargo Financial Network, Gary co-founded Adson Wealth Partners LLC in 2025 to provide independent, values-driven financial guidance.
